Membership is open to all with Gallagher ancestry and who endorse the vision and the rules of the Gallagher Clan Organization.
Membership will entitle him/her to take part in the affairs of the Organization, including election of officers and to stand for election.
Associate Membership is open to all of non-Gallagher ancestry, who endorse the vision and rules of the Gallagher Clan Organization. It will entitle them to take part in the affairs of the Clan except for the election of officers.
